While hunkered down during this pandemic, I felt inspired to record a meditation that has been really helpful to me over the years. I call it Rehab for the Heart, or sometimes, Gas Station for the Soul. It's a simple meditation that helps me get back into my natural rhythm, which is not fear. When I align with Love who has no ego, all I have to do is Ask, Breathe and Receive. It reminds me of how I desire to engage with others as well. Reverently!
My hope is that this meditation assists you during this time of challenge as it has for me over the years. A microphone would have helped but sometimes we have to work with what we’ve got. So here it is, in the raw, from my couch to yours.
And as an aside, my slight distractedness at times is from my dog. With everyone home these days, we’ve all got our distractions. He was playing with a toy on the floor. Heartwarming, happy, background energy makes for good music. I think anyway.
