Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sending you warm wishes of health and well-being on a blanket of abundance!

You matter to this world and I am thankful for you!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Some Thanksgiving Reflections...

The abundance of unseasonable snow in New England got me to thinking about abundance. I know that if you can create an abundance of what you don't want that you are just as capable of creating an abundance of what you do want. Hmm...isn't that worth pondering this Thanksgiving?—the holiday that breathes abundance and gratitude!

If you are in the midst of an abundance of challenges this Thanksgiving I feel for you. I can even relate. So how can we flip it?

During these 'dark' times it always helps me to remember that challenging times are rich with opportunity for learning, healing and growth and that my greatest challenges have always led to my greatest liberations. So at least for my learning and growth, I can be grateful today and for the liberation on the horizon I can be hopeful.

If you have been feeling challenged, I feel for you, and I hope this shift in perspective helps you too.

Friends in this Love,
Trish

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have
into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos
to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a
feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and
creates a vision for tomorrow."

      Jean,

The Melody Beattie quote came up in my news feed today after I finished writing this. I think it was something you sent me in 2012, but then I couldn't find it again. It was a must add. So thank you for that!

      Happy Thanksgiving!
