The Secret

The Secret to Eliminating the Root of Problems: Physical, Social or Financial

Trish Whynot, D.C.Ed. offers a unique approach to those seeking counsel. Her background in ASAT™ C.O.R.E. Counseling together with meditative techniques and assistance from the Mineral Kingdom facilitate a client’s ability to access the “first cause” of all problems physical, social and financial.

C.O.R.E. is the acronym for Conscious, Ownership, Retrieval/Release, and Engage. Through the C.O.R.E. approach the client is able to become consciously aware of the root cause of his/her problem and do their healing at this level. Once healing has been done at the source of an issue, any other action taken will be potentially more effective.

Trish believes that our feelings point us in the direction we need to go to do some healing. The majority of our population reacts to feelings, Trish will teach you to respond to yours. The problem, whether it is a health issue, relationship challenge or financial struggle, is a messenger; it is a call for change. We can learn from a messenger by processing through the experience. Using the emotions as fuel for learning, healing and growth, we emerge with more wisdom, understanding and compassion with which to thrive. This shift provides the change necessary to more permanently release problems.

Trish defines healing as change and not as a substitute for medical diagnosis, curing and treatment.

1

Why suffer when you can learn
to use problems as fuel toward
creating an abundant life?”

If an issue manifests in the Health Arena and you ask for divine assistance, you may expect that assistance to come in the form of a cure and not be open to assistance that could be helping you with the “real issue.” For healing to be complete, it must encompass all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Spontaneous healing occurs when the mental, emotional and spiritual are addressed and there is no longer a purpose for the physical. Most people can’t wrap their minds around the possibility of spontaneous healing but that just means that the physical piece will also have to be addressed in some way.

When there are struggles in the Relationship Arena, you are putting too much weight on the relationship, perhaps expecting others to make you feel a certain way, or looking for others to make you whole. Relationships were really meant to help us to know ourselves more intimately. If you blame the people in your life for how you are feeling, rather than realizing their purpose on your spiritual journey, you are likely to be in constant search for society’s definition of the “ideal” relationship—someone who never triggers you. There is no healing or growth that will take place in a relationship with society’s “ideal” partner. While searching for this false ideal, you will actually be attempting to run from yourself. Remember, your energy attracts the people in your life—the more you respond to your opportunities for learning, healing and growth, the more loving people you will attract.

The Financial Arena is another area where issues can manifest. Lack of money can be an obstacle to a heart’s desire. The “real” issue could also be one of value or deservability. A depleted bank account can be indicating the depletion of energy—giving out more than you are taking in. You may have destructive beliefs about money that have been handed down from parents who were attempting to justify their financial lack. These beliefs will block money from coming to you. Focusing on the lack of finances will lead to more lack.

Focusing on what you don’t want will not contribute to creating what you do want. Having an investment in the “undesirable”—somehow benefiting from it—will keep you stuck in your situation. In order to create a “new” health, relationship or financial story, you must be willing to identify and let go of your investment in the “old” story.

2 “When life experiences and health are not
what you desire, destructive beliefs may be
blocking abundance that is rightfully yours.”

3Alternative Approach to Mental & Physical Wellness
Trish does not label a client with a diagnosis.  She uses a variety of techniques that enable the client to understand messages that are coming to him/her through life situations or physical conditions.
The ASAT™ C.O.R.E. method of counseling integrates the mind, body and spirit connection where many other methods of counseling fail to engage the spiritual aspect. The spirit is integral to the healing process and must be addressed in order for healing to be complete.
Through this personalized method of self-help, the client learns to achieve a richer level of existence, and obtains a greater understanding and use of the energetics and power of his/her own personal spirituality and healing ability.
Emotions that we fail to express don’t just go away, they get stored and may resurface as illness or as a beacon for undesirable circumstances.
Addictions keep painful emotions suppressed.  Once emotions are addressed and released, behaviors can be changed much more easily.  If emotions are not addressed, a new addiction will need to continue the job of repressing the unaddressed emotions.

4“Changing the foundations from which
problems arise, empowers the client to
subsequently intercept future related
problems.”

C.O.R.E. is an integral part of the healing process, however, it is up to the client to pursue necessary methods to diagnose, treat and cure an illness.
